These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toozy platform and services operated by Toozy, Inc. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Toozy provides an AI-powered catering management platform connecting customers with catering businesses. Services include AI chat, order management, quote generation, delivery coordination, and communications via web chat, SMS, email, and phone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, or have parental or guardian consent if under 18.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including order confirmations, delivery notifications, quotes, and responses to inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will never share or sell your phone number or opt-in information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4–6. Accounts, Orders & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. When placing orders, you agree to pay the quoted price plus applicable taxes and fees. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the platform, submit fraudulent information, or use automated tools without our consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Toozy, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our services for their intended purpose.

9–10. Warranties & Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid to Toozy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in New Jersey. Class action waiver applies. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing admin@toozy.ai.
